Guidelines: (2) Unacceptable Photos & Pics: Child Pornography, Body Dismembership, Bestiality, and the like are grounds for immediate banishment with no chance of reinstatement. You will also be, without question reported to the FBI authorities. (3) Nudity: Pictures of nude models are acceptable, as long as they are 18 and over. But they will be monitored. We're not running a porn site. We reserve the right to remove pics if it gets out of hand. Risqué is borderline. What will determine what is out of hand; will be in the judgment of the Administrators. We repeat; We Are Not Running A Porn Site. (4) Advertising: Not without the consent of Nu-Metro.Net. If you want to show off your personal website, (I.E. Geocites, Angelfire, Black Planet, Migente, Yahoo, MSN, Asian Avenue, AOL) that is fine. Upcoming functions, Business sites, profit or non-profit will not be posted without the permission of Administrators of this site. So links on your profile or message boards to any ads will be removed. If we find out that such ads are linked to Unacceptable Pics, you will be dealt with accordingly. There is no tolerance for threats (6) Administrators: This site is young, and we're still playing it by ear. So the guidelines will amend depending on the growth and direction of the website. However if someone is blatantly offensive, he/she will be dealt with. If an Administrator tells you to end the discussion, you end it. If you don't, the thread will be locked and/or you will be kicked out the chat room and/or forum. Starting up a new thread to continue will result in thread removal and banishment. (7) Banishment: If you are banned you can only be reinstated when you send an email to Banned@Nu-Metro.Net. In which you will be instructed in what procedures to take to be reinstated. A second banishment will be permanent without the chance of reinstatement. (8) Retaliation: There will be no retaliation after you have been banned. If you wish to be reinstated or feel you have been banned unfairly, then plead your case to Banned@Nu-Metro.Net. If you do retaliate, it will be taken as a form of harassment and you will be banned permanently. Your IP will be reported to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and the local authorities. (9) Complaints: There may be some things we missed that you picked up that are offensive. If you do, please send us an email at Abuse@Nu-Metro.Net.
